Dear participants,
Below is the registration information for the upcoming Finnish National Debating Championship held 2-4 December, 2011 in Helsinki, Finland.
1) Please send a finalized list of all teams from your university to tom. jansson@helsinki.fi or aaltodebatingsociety@gmail.com at the latest by Monday 28/ 11/ 2011. The list must include all participants’ full names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers, and the name, email and phone number of the contact person from your university.
2) Every participant is required to pay the participation fee of 30€/ debater in advance to confirm his/her participation by Monday 28/ 11/ 2011. There is no participation fee for judges. If possible, please have a representative of your university to collect and pay all the participants’ fees with the following information:

The participation fee includes Friday and Saturday meals, FNDC Sitsit-party on Saturday night and After Party food and drinks. It does not include transportation and accommodation fee during your stay in Helsinki. NOTE! If the participants pay the fee individually, please ask them to provide their full names and university in the Message part for our reference.
3) Please provide us information on any possible food allergies or considerations.
4) Please remind all participants to bring his/her student card during the entire stay in Helsinki.
